Logistics complex
Scope of work: equipment supply, development of design solutions for power supply, refrigeration piping systems, and process automation.
KLIMSTAR implemented a comprehensive engineering project for the warehouse logistics facility of a major food chain operator. The primary objective was to create a reliable refrigeration infrastructure for the storage, sorting, and distribution of food products while maintaining the required temperature conditions throughout the logistics process.
The scope of work included equipment supply, development of design solutions for power supply systems, refrigeration piping networks, and automation of technological processes. All engineering systems were designed to meet the demands of intensive facility operation and ensure uninterrupted performance.
To support the logistics processes, seven specialized refrigeration chambers were installed, each adapted to specific product categories and operational requirements. Medium-temperature chambers were designed for the storage and sorting of chilled packaged products, ensuring stable temperature conditions and compliance with product storage standards.
Particular attention was paid to the reliability of the refrigeration system. The project incorporated redundant refrigeration capacity, allowing the facility to maintain operation in the event of emergencies or equipment failure. This approach ensures uninterrupted technological processes and protects product quality.
The automation system provides centralized control of equipment, continuous monitoring of operating parameters, and efficient management of the facility’s key processes.
As a result, the client received a modern logistics facility featuring a reliable refrigeration infrastructure and a high level of automation, capable of ensuring efficient storage, sorting, and distribution of products in accordance with the requirements of modern food logistics.
